The Chaser — The online version of the (now sadly defunct) weekly newspaper runs the gamut from satirical news articles to political rants.
Concerned — Comic featuring the adventures of hapless Half Life 2 inhabitant, Gordon Frohman.
The Editing Room — Rod Hilton’s parodies of the latest films, written in the form of “abridged” movie script. I’ve often found the scripts on this site to be side-splittingly funny.

Penny Arcade — Proof that web comics aren’t all complete shite.
Spamusement — Some guy who picks all the weirdest subject lines from spam he receives and themes cartoons upon them.
Strongbad — The adventures of Strongbad as he checks his email, with the aid of his pals Strong Mad, Strong Sad, The Cheat, Homestar Runner, Coach Z, Bubs, Marzipan, and the King of Town. Prepare to be surprised and appalled.
