insom.com is my personal Web site. There are many like it but this one is mine.

It features my Web journal, the obligatory photo albums, and a few other items.

Everybody has one. This is where I write things that I believe will be informative to others, or just for posterity.

My site is not a live journal. Only occasionally do I write about myself, and you won’t find any vaguely-worded communiqués directed at individuals. See above.

People linking to this site are encouraged to use the URL http://insom.com/— that is, without the www prefix. See www. is deprecated.

This site complies with XHTML 1.1. This means it will display accurately in recent versions of any graphical Web browser, and is fully accessible to text-only visitors.

It has been tested with Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and the textual browser ELinks. Of the first three, the site will look slightly better in Firefox and Opera, as they have newer CSS support.

The journal is generated with the WordPress software.

BEFORE contacting me:

• I do not send spam e-mail. If you believe you were spammed by me, you are wrong. Spammers have the nasty habit of using real e-mail addresses belonging to other people.
• If your e-mail is spam, or even looks like spam, chances are it won’t reach me.
